How are our services ordered?

1. You can book our services using our online form, by e-mail or by phone.

2. In our communication, we will agree on what services you are interested in and find a date according to your needs and wishes.

3. When reserving an appointment, we must also reserve the capacity and time of our experts. We therefore ask you to understand that the agreed date for the above-mentioned services is binding for us.

After agreement with the provider

Do not forget to include your first and last name in the note.

1. We will deduct the deposit from the final amount paid after the service has been provided.

2. If you do not show up for the agreed date and do not properly excuse yourself from the date in advance (within the period mentioned below), we will record this fact in connection with your name.

What if I can't show up?

1. If you contact us by phone, e-mail or in person no later than 24 hours before the reserved date (this time does not include weekends and public holidays), you will not pay any costs.

2. A serious illness, injury or critical life situation, when you objectively could not cancel or reschedule the agreed date earlier than 24 hours before the date, is considered a justifiable reason, provided that this fact is properly documented.

3. If the apology from the deadline arrives later than we indicate above, or if it does not arrive at all, we will charge you for the unexcused absence according to our current price list.

Warranty according to the Commercial Code

1. Dental treatments carried out at Alexia creative s.r.o. are covered by a guarantee according to the Commercial Code. The precisely timed guarantee will be announced to you according to the individual services during the first consultation. However, certain conditions must be met in order for the guarantee to be valid.

2. A condition of the guarantee is the completion of a preventive examination and dental hygiene once a year. That's how we keep your teeth healthy.

In conclusion

1. Our mutual relations are governed by the Slovak legal order.

2. Please note that we may supplement and change these terms.
